- Bottle water is usually stored without being refrigerated, especially for long periods of time and as a result, it has been proven to contain high levels of bacteria and other microbiological contaminants. - All water coolers, Bottle or Bottleless have to be sanitized. In particular, the reservoir and the spigots of the cooler. The water cooler manufacturers make this statement in their user guide (instructions given when unpacking a new water cooler). The reason is that there is a chance of possible residue buildup that can cause bacteria. Our Water Service Technician sanitizes the reservoir and spigots etc., then, the water is turned on. It goes through the water filtration system that was checked, filters changed (if need be) and into the sealed air tight reservoir and is never touched by human hands thereafter, until the next service call.
- Our coolers are equipped with our newly patented drip tray drain that is built into the cooler as part of the cooler itself and does away with the dirty job of emptying the drip tray (catch basin). Also available (optional) is our No Bottle Water Cooler without a drain.

Our No Bottle Water Cooler Drain is Product Approved by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Plumbers Plumbing Code 248 CMR 3.04 # P3-0206-205.
We make good safe water even better with our high filtration system and by making it cold and refreshing, good tasting, excellent water to drink. When through drinking, you can just empty the cup into the drip tray drain and have no mess. The water simply goes down the drain of the cooler and that makes it a pleasure to use. No more emptying the drip tray by hand!
We use only licensed plumbers for the installation of our No Bottle Water Cooler(s). You can be assured the job is done correctly and according to the plumbing codes of Massachusetts.
We can install, with or without our drain one, two, three etc. coolers in an office or a hundred coolers into a building. The distance between the coolers may be two to three feet or as much as two hundred feet apart of each other. Each of our coolers are self sufficient (stand alone independently). The drain and all its working parts are inside the cooler itself. Depending upon the cooler size (average size is approximately 12” X 12”) it should not take up too much floor space. When we are installing the systems you hardly know we are there as we work quickly and quietly trying to avoid any messes and not to disturb the work place. When finished, we leave the work place in a clean and orderly condition. Because of our unique situation of having everything built into the cooler itself, you don't have tanks taking up extra space and pipes showing.
